A loft needs a carpenter, a dry liner and a plasterer. We are all three, so one team takes the room from bare rafters to finished. Tap through the stages, all from our own loft jobs.

Brad: Depends on the size, the state of the walls and whether boards need replacing first. Send a few photos or we will come and look, then you get a proper price.
Will it be ready to paint?
Brad: That is the whole point. Once it has dried out you mist coat it, not spend days filling and sanding.
Can you do the carpentry too?
Brad: Yes. Stud walls, framing, recesses, shelving, the timber on lofts and extensions. One team from bare rafters to finished.
We are living in the house. How messy will it get?
Brad: Everything gets protected before we start, and we clear down at the end of every day.
